Hours to look back, 1 to 168. Default 24.
- event_typestringquery
Only events of this type.
Response fields#
- events[]array
Newest first.
- events[].idinteger
Id for /breaking-news/{event_id}.
- events[].titlestring
The headline title.
- events[].event_typestring
Event category.
- events[].assets_affectedarray
Assets the event is tagged to.
- events[].detected_atstring · ISO 8601
When TradeEasy detected it.
- hoursinteger
The window you asked for.
- totalinteger
Number of events returned.
Events also carry categories, corroboration and TradeEasy’s impact and direction tags (impact_score, sentiment_direction); those are model outputs, documented by name only.
Errors#
- 401detail
Missing, invalid or revoked key, or a locked account. FastAPI {"detail": …} body, not the envelope.
- 403detail
The plan does not include the REST API, or the subscription is not active.
- 422detail[]
A query value is outside its range (FastAPI validation).
- 429RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
Per-key minute or day bucket spent. Honour Retry-After.
- 500FETCH_FAILED
Unexpected read failure. Retry with backoff.
- 503SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
The news service is unavailable. Retry.
