Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs subscription cancellations and refund requests for TradeEasy, operated by FinServCorp in Dubai, UAE. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

TradeEasy offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $49.99 USD per month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $500 USD per year, billed annually

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your Account Settings page (Subscription tab)
  • The Stripe Customer Portal
  • Contacting support at support@finservcorp.net

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain full access to the Service until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account and data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. This is because:

  • The Service provides immediate access to digital content
  • Our pricing model is based on commitment periods
  • Significant costs are incurred to provide real-time market data and AI analysis

4.2 Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the Service is substantially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges)
  • First-Time Subscribers: Within 48 hours of initial subscription if you have not substantially used the Service

4.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@finservcorp.net with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant supporting information

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused months
  • The discounted annual rate is provided in exchange for the full-year commitment

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • You will receive an email notification
  • A 7-day grace period will be applied, during which you retain access
  • We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
  • If payment is not successful after the grace period, your subscription will be suspended

7. Currency and Taxes

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location. We display the total amount including any taxes before checkout.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect subscriptions that are already active at the time of the change. We will notify users of material changes via email.

9. UAE Consumer Rights

This policy is designed to comply with UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection and its amendments. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Department.
