• Pre-market and end-of-day reports

The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The information provided will be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any analysis or predictions will be profitable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, FINSERVCORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any trading decisions made based on information from the Service
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party content or conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
