TradingView extension installation▾
Make sure you are signed in to tradeeasyai.net with an active paid subscription, then reload the extension from chrome://extensions/. The widget appears on the right side of every TradingView chart page once symbol detection runs (typically under a second).
Widget shows the wrong asset▾
Click the asset chip in the widget header to manually pick the asset you are viewing. The widget locks to your selection and auto-detection resumes when you switch your TradingView chart to a different asset.
Subscription, billing, refunds▾
Use the Manage subscription link in your account settings, or email support@tradeeasyai.net with your account email and we will action it within one business day.
Account deletion / data export▾
Email privacy@tradeeasyai.net from the address on file. We respond within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
TradingView extension
Issues specific to the TradeEasy Market AI browser extension — install errors, missing data, symbol detection, widget layout — are handled at the same support email. Include the following so we can diagnose quickly:
- Browser + version (e.g. Chrome 124, Edge 124, Firefox 125)
- Operating system (macOS, Windows, Linux)
- TradingView chart URL where the issue occurred
- Asset symbol that misbehaved (if applicable)
- Screenshot or screen recording, if it helps
